HOW TO DO MEDITATION? Why it is important?

Before we begin,  I want you tell about the benefits of doing meditation. Meditation makes you stress free. Meditation increases your memory of brain and so on.
Let's give you steps of doing meditation.
1. Sit at quite place in morning.
2.Close your eyes.
3.Concentrate on calm sound.

Do these steps for 5 to 15 minutes in morning everyday and make your day productive
